Some college IDs from state schools should be the equivalent of a state ID. At least that is what Teabaggers think as they love states rights.

Nope. It should be the government not an independent citizen or a citizens group like the in the video above. Right? I mean if the government should require it, then it should not be the government that enforces it. Perhaps you and Mitt Romney want the Black Panthers to enforce it but us freedom loving citizens expect our government to do so.
