He post's it through fedex as though it's all good. You accept the empty package and contact him... freaking out. Investigate your supplier dude... he's your thief! Challenge him! Tell him fedex sent a note (LIE your ass off and be convincing!) along telling you the package was NOT 9 pounds when it was dropped with them and they think you should know because they think you are being played.
