Federal Authorities Raid Marijuana Operations In Colorado

Federal authorities this morning began executing search warrants and seizure warrants at Denver-area medical marijuana centers. Agents for the drug enforcement agency also executed warrants againt a couple in Boulder County, according to law enforcement authorities.

Officials from the Drug Enforcement Agency and the Boulder County Sheriff's Office were witnessed executing warrants at mutliple grow operations in the on the North Foothills Highway , large piles of destroyed cannabis plants were visible from outside.
Workers at the grow operation stated there were at least four different grow operations on site with at least 4,500 plants located on the property.

under FEDERAL LAW it is still illegal even if it is legal by state law... the FEDS can still interrupt everything that is going on... just because it is legal under state law it is still illegal under FED laws....

You're right of course
But how fucked up is that ? Imagine the problem this is for the grow ops and dispensaries who may have thousands or more likely millions tied up in inventory product to meet demand, only to have these guys come in and snatch it under the guise of Federal Law.
There is clearly a double standard being played out here. I can't believe the feds are even putting their resources into this. Are they trying to strong arm the states ? They should be sued and dragged into court and given a big headache somehow for doing what they're doing.

Wtf were they thinking? Obviously they were no where near being legal on the state level, not to even mention federally... of course they got busted.. this isn't some small ass state compliant grow we're talking about here..

exactly its all fucked up the whole system... i dont seem why the FED(government) cant see that this will get us out of debt.... im sure ppl will be alot happier less crimes etc etc.... it is in everyway possible to call this BULLSHIT how its legal under state law but the feds can come in and swoop fuck everything up it isnt right. Especially with the demand for dispensaries and now patients who cant get what they need....

it might not get us out of debt but the country can still profit off of it to make money instead of spending billions upon billions of dollars on the war against weed. when we should be focused on the real drugs crack cocaine... meth heroin etc etc the deadly shit.... pen caps kill more people a year than weed...... weed has 0 deaths lmao

Definitely to early to say that there is anything improper going in with the current raid. Personally I am reserving judgement until there is a full explanation of what the hell is actually going on from either the prosecution or those raided.
