FC4800 (480w) says 12" at 25% for seedlings?

12 inches, 25% dimming for seedlings. That's what it says on the manufacturers website. Was that correct in your experience?

If that’s truly 480w, that seems to high to me. Here is what was recommended to me for my hlg 350r at 24”.

Maybe my light sucks? I set it to 14" & 35% dimming... my phone app says 200ppf
