Yeah, I might check Californication. I dont even know what its about. Does it have lasers? We need more shows with lasers!

Borgias was ok ... I found it slow so I didnt pick up the last series. Jeremy Irons only knows hows to play perverts.

Game of thrones Finale next week ... Best show on at the moment

ADVENTURE TIME WITH FINN AND JAKE!!

Older shows...The Honeymooners, Beverly Hillbillies, then Seinfeld for the 80s-90s era

For newer shows It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is fucking awesome. Danny Devito is the shit.
Also, I'm a huge Dexter fan. That show is awesome!

Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color I'll never forget seeing TV in color for the first time, it was amazing and magical. The entire neighborhood was invited and grouped around the 1 TV set waiting for this show.

Was there an earlybird showing of Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom? "While Jim figures out why the rhino isn't reacting well to the trank dart in his diaper zone, let me tell you how you can protect your household ..." like a pre-Cambrian infomercial or something. cn

LOL I don't remember if the Mutual of Omaha shows were a little before or after but yes there was the Wild Kingdom shows, too. Wasn't it Jim and Marlin? Marlin was always safe while Jim was usually wrestling some gnarly game? Which Marlin just completely ignored.

I also remember watching Queen for a Day. There were only like 3 shows on during the day back then LOL. I guess this makes us officially old. When they'd stop you'd just get a pattern on the TV no worries about dead air back then.

When I was a kid I used to visit my grandparents during summer vacation, they only had three channels out in the country, there was never much on but I did get to watch scooby doo. Except when that whole OJ thing happened, I went to watch scooby doo and all three channels had that white bronco chase going on.

I remember having one channel. KIVA TV. NBC. For some reason my parents loved watching Hee-Haw. I usually ran from the room screaming when I heard the theme song.

To my parents' eternal credit, music/variety shows were not their thing. I do have very early memories of being rather confused by Rowan&Martin's Hour of Innuendo. cn

I'd almost forgotten how bad Hee Haw was, the Ed Sullivan show would get me off the couch too.

My parents liked Red Skelton and we watched Rowan & Martin, I liked the Smother's Bros.
