I understand this question is probably over-discussed, but what state would be ideal for "Large" grows. I understand certain states have awesome possession laws, relaxed state and local police, etc. But what about for very large grows. I am talking like running 100+ plants in a house, and just growing straight up with no other reasons for arrest. No guns, scales, bags, and NO DEALING on premiss. Obviously you are going to give off a huge heat-sig. on FLIR, and your electricity usage will be extremely high for this house that would obviously want to be a private residence out in the boonies. What state would a grow like this sort be ideal in? And btw, I am talking 100% illegal, no medical caregiver license, etc whatsoever.
My conclusions have drawn me to a couple different areas, non of which seem to ideal if you were to ever get busted, God Forbid. California seems very relaxed, but it is very overpopulated and law enforcement actively seeks out growers, and the DEA knows that people are growing and the local police knows alot of people like to grow here, so they seem to enjoy catching "criminals" in the act. Yeah, I understand that you can get a good lawyer and make plea bargains for like 2-5 years in the State Prison, but hell, who wants to do that kind of time?! Alaska seems interesting. I have heard of state and local ordinances that claim if you are on your private property, then enforcement has no interest in busting you, along with not being legally allowed to bust you for growing. Does this hold any water, or is it just Bullshit people made up. Lastly, I hear that states like Wyoming and North Dakota might have laws that are harsh for growing marijuana, but they have such low populations, budgets, and police enforcements, that I feel like if you could stay off the radar, the chances of you getting caught are so slim. Now for that whole electricity usage issue. Hrmmm, cheap, open land? Can you say generators? Hoenstly, if you wanted to stay off the radar, and quietly grow 100+ illegal plants, where are you moving to?
