woke up this morning to realize that my timer is faulty, can hear a spring rattling round inside, can a regular timer be used untill a replacment arrives (400w)

or are they easy enough to dissmantle and repair?

thanks

just thought, as the faulty envirolite timer wont switch off, can i just plug the cheap timer in to that, to utilise the envirolites built in contractor?

reg timer should work ok.
doesnt look like theres anything really special about the enviro timer, could be something simple to fix if you can handle some DIY.
