Imo you way over did it on defoliation! But besides that...
Fat buds has a lot to do with genetics...some strains just dont get big. However dense buds have a lot more to do with light (tho there are other factors as well)
3rd point is you have to let the plant actually come to full ripeness.... many new growers dont and they chop because they are impatient or they chop early because of (breeder times) posted on the seed packs.
There is no magic cure for these things found in a bottle. Most of these things comes from getting several grows under your belt and educating yourself through lots and lots of reading.

Fatter or denser nugs come with time. Like the poster above said, you will find out that the grow time on your seed pack is dogshit. I had a sweet afgani delicious f1 strain which is supposed to be a fast flower photoperiod and it was fast to flower but ended up going like 15 maybe even 19 weeks without any signs we should chop it so I got antsy and chopped it. The top buds were dense and nice but the bottoms were airy and fluffy.
Next time dont defoliate like your an indoor grower, your outdoors so only the lower half or fan leaves that cover top sites need taken away. I used microbe life fruit and yield enhancer for bigger buds and some kelp/seaweed to provide sillica.

Photosynthesis which occurs in the leaves of plants converts sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide into food the plant uses to produce flowers and fruit.
Beastie Bloomz is just monopotassium phosphate and a few trace elements. It's not going to just magically make your buds get big and fat. In fact if you overuse it you can actually stunt the growth of the flowers. Nothing in a bottle can replace the results of growing healthy plants from start to finish that get plenty of light and have plenty of leaves to produce food through photosynthesis.

Thanks girls and guys. My last grow I didn't defoliate that was something I tried this time..and also with the bloomer...I normally try to be natural as possible...thanks again

Yes, the strain is a huge factor....even with a great light....but a great light is very important if you want dense buds. It took me years of trying different strains before i found a few that were great, with dense nuggets. Then I lost them due to powdery mildew and I am back to square one, with about 6-8 different strains going right now to hopefully find 1-2 great ones again.

Ahh yes... denser bigger bugs are definitely prone to their problems for sure! Mold resistant strains is as important for outdoor growers as almost anything else.

This is my BABY USEING Bloomz! 4th week of flower...was feeding every other week. Wondering if I should dose with flower fuel..

Like any other crop, make nature work for you by relying more on the power of the sun, and the process that allows cannabis to do what it does in the fall season, and less on marketed bottles that claim top shelf results.
The sun accounts for much of what becomes thick, dense buds. Genetics equally contribute to that end result. Keep your plants healthy and happy, naturally, and they will respond by producing the best they can, based on their genetic ceiling.
