hi everybody , i have just started my 1st grow , 8 ladys, indoor grow , 400 hps, when i bought the seeds i got 6 white widow seeds and 2 low riders , im about 5 weeks into flowering and 4 of the white widows are thriving , 2 of them are not , the leaves seem to b withering and this has been the case from the very start , , i noticed when i was watering yesterday that i have gnats in the soil , but u wouldnt see them until i started watering , even the 4 plant that r thriving have the gnats in them , is there anybody that can help with some info on how to rid of them

Gotta get rid of those gnats. Get some sticky traps for the flying gnats and set them on the ridge of your pot(careful not to get soil on the sticky part)
and use a pyrethrum soil dressing or drench to kill the soil dwelling gnats.
Also install filtration and seal all cracks in your grow if you havn't already. Gnats can find small holes throughout your grow using their smell to locate plants

They WILL kill your plants if you don't take care of them so work fast and you will be rid of them within 6 weeks. Apply soil drench or dressing every 2 weeks

1 female gnat can lay hundreds of eggs in days which will wait until the temp is right then hatch to feast on your roots. (this is whats happening to your plants)
there are 3 females : 1 male so for every flying gnat you see is most likely a female capable of destruction.
KILL EVERY SINGLE ONE :]
