Maybe? But I do not think it is the main center, it is probably some sort of regional center or our U.S. center, but I think it is more of an escape hatch, the rat hole if you will.
It is where they will be ushered off to safety and be able to communicate with and travel to and from the true command centers, They will have planes tunneles with trains and cars and trucks and probably space ships all ready to allow them to escape a disaster of their own creation.

They're are well build and have a great many features that are beneficial for the apocalypse, it is a compleatly unnecessary creation.. thanks for posting

Yes, i have researched this some, there are great many tunnels and fuel pumps that are of the most efficient design, sad that all our advancements are for the elite not the many.
