Just been in the room lately and was wondering if its a negative or positive.

Figured it was just co2 haha but not to sure.

Yup. Spending time with the plants in general helps, the air you exhale contains carbon dioxide which the plants need.

plants love farts i keep em in the bathroom i dont flush often maybe once a week so the toilet lets off this stench they love the co2 methane and sulfer in the air also all the urine adds an amonia smell which seems to keep bugs away. i hang out with them sit on toilet do my buisness and whenever i have to fart i go in their

Farts are just methane gas CH4. Methane does not combine with O2 and form CO2 except in a combustion reaction. Methane is not as dense as CO2 so it will form above the CO2 effectively keeping the CO2 at root levels where it displaces needed O2. Joke as you wish but methane gas is harmful to plant growth.
