Would it be better to have a fan on 24 hours, or only when the lights are on. For the past week, i have been having the fan off when the lights go off. (18/6) What is the best approach?

definately 24 hours think about nature the wind doesnt stop when the sun goes down

My exhaust fan goes off with the lights but I still keep a circulation fan blowing 24/7. It helps reduce the risk of mold.
