Is cool if i have a fan that dont rotate pointed dirrectly at the clone?

the clone is in vegitative mode under 24 hours of a t5 fl light strip in a closet plnted in soil

I've heard it can dry out the leaves, but I have no personal experience to validate that.

they will dry quickly. keep em moist!!!
