I would, to simulate wind still. I've never had a sucessful grow so I may be wrong.
I'm planning to when I flower.

I shut mine off. Give them a little break. I leave the vent fan running, but I don't blow air directly on them in the dark. Gives them a chance to rebuild a little in peace and quiet.

In a closed system like my wardrobe, the oscillating fan isn't what brings fresh air to the plant, nor does it cool the plant - it just blows the same old air around. The vent fan is what does the heavy lifting.

That said. I suspect that this is a personal choice issue and it really doesn't matter if the fans blows 24/7 or not.

I seem to think that giving them a little break from the fan will be best. Should i keep my exhaust going all the time because it gets cold at night and i dont want it sucking hot air out faster than it heats up.

Stale air is better than too cold air. Shut the fan off to keep your temps where you need them.
