I have a 72 x 30 x 20 inch cabinet. I was planning on using a 12 x 4 Phat filter or equivalent rated for 200 cfm. The problem is the fan. I was going to buy this.

The issue is that I need the fan to be variable speed. Sound is a huge concern and I need it to be quiet as possible. I only have 25 sq ft so I could reduce the fan speed with a variable controller. I just read this thread which has made me question what I should do. Advice?
