Fan question

I have a 3x3 tent...is it better to be blowing fresh air in or suck the bad air out?

Eventually when I get my other tent and fan Ill have both.. but in the time being, what do you recommend? kiss-ass

Sucking the bad air out of course..

According to pressure laws of physics, pulling air out causes a decrease in pressure in your tent.

SO, if you have some type of hole for intake near the bottom of your tent, air will flow into your tent right through that hole! (high to low pressure)

this is called PASSIVE INTAKE.

Definitely pull air out

Hi growkid

I also use a tent, you shouldnt need an intake fan as a tent should work with negitave preasure and a passive intake this way all the air gets sucked through the carbon filter and less smell escapes.

yea im just using this tent for my veg... so not really any smell.. once i get to my bloom. i will put the carbon filter on.. okay ill switch the way the fan is..right now i was blowing air in!! Ill just open one of the vents on the bottom to allow air to get in!

sound like a good set up. i grow in a tent as well. i just have a little fourin duct fan for in and a 6 for the out with an fan inside and it seems to be doing good. Just need to get me a carbon filter, anyone know a good place to get one cheap? good luck on your grow growkid:bigjoint:

ya its pretty simple.. i just need to figure out what my ppm levels should be for my dutchmaster nuts....also..when getting some little babies from the clinic.. is there something i could dip them in to get rid of the bugs/mites...

i got some stuff called azatrol..
