It's little box fan in a small closet on one plant that's on 12/12 light ,a little over 5foot rn. A friend of mine who I trust a lot and grows great plants their self suggest the box fan on low all day and night but I can't help but feel during lights out I should give her some rest from the fan.. All thoughts are appreciated.

After my 12/12 cycle is done the only fan running till the light comes back on is my exhaust. Which in turn brings in fresh air and I never get no mold no matter how tight the buds are.
Other fans are off in the dark period.

i leave my fans on all the time, turn my exhaust down to around 30% at night, turn it back up to 90% when the lights come on, never had pm or bud rot. rh is around 40 lights on, may go up to 50 during the night.

Keep your ladies dancing, they love it. Don't over do it or they'll suffer wind burn on the leaves. Later in flowering bouncing your buds around too much will damage pistils.
when she is budding would it still be fine to leave it on 24hrs if it's just a light breeze? The lowest setting barely even makes the plant move/shake at all, just makes the leaves dance. Or should I give it some breaks from the fan at that stage? I could always move the fan back to keep good air circulation but not bother the buds..
