Its called “ Jungle Peaches” (wifi 43 x Peach)
well i cant find anything about there seeds not germinating. this is from there site.
Description
We encourage all customers to follow the laws set forth by their Country, State / Province and local municipalities. Any Seeds sold will be considered sold FOR NOVELTY PURPOSES ONLY! We take no responsibility if they are used in any fashion that can be considered illicit or illegal. All sales are final.

well its not illegal in the usa or in states that allow it, all seed companys say sold for novalty purposes only or many of them, i cant see that saying they were tried to be germinated in the usa as you sent them as a gift in a legal state. they should offer you a new packet of seeds, this will only happen once per customer and only in a timely manor, if youve only just baught them. it has to be worth a try, they may be aware of a batch of seeds having problems, just try and see,, its only an email message. but as to wether you want the same seeds again is a differant matter. but you shouldat least try.

Dude contact the breeder not the vendor and let them know... dont say you germinated them...
Just say “hello i recived x amount of seeds and out of x, x wernt vialble.. I purchased through x vendor and id really love giving these beans a run...
You’ll get a response and theyle tell you they want your order number and where you purchased...
You’ll usally get a replacement...
If they blow you off then you decide if you ever want to do buisness with either again

Hey guys, any advice or experience would help

I purchased some seeds from Platinumseedbank.com
I got a pack of jungle peaches by Alien - very expensive for 10 regular seeds. (Got 14) they also sent freebies that are germinating just fine.

Problem is the expesive pack by Alien genetics is not germinating. I tried to pop 6 out of 14 so far.

has anyone ever got a bad pack of seeds and 0% germination rate?

i have had almost 100% success rate with germinating seeds from seedsman.com both autos and photos
They might not have had them stored properly or they got dried out in the mail. I got 2 packs of bunk L.A. Confidential seeds from Rocket Seeds in April. They mostly still popped though but they took days. None of them survived because they barely had enough energy to break soil and didn't really shoot out a good tap root, but all my Gelatos popped and broke soil. Sucks man, sorry to hear you got ripped off this season too.

I saw what you were speaking about the beans. I have Alien beans from his peaches line ( newer stuff, ) and old line of Tahoe Alien from 2011/2012.

I would say storage methods and just generally luck of the draw.

You have sparked my interest for Alien germination rates :

People use Aliens Original gear to breed with. Guys like Capulator with Starfighter beans or Cannarado with Fruitty Pebbles Og to make Sunday Driver, and here I am just throwing up Kraken beans..

Lightgreen2k IG Too.....

But I'll get back too you on the germination rates.

I believe seedbanks have a one time only free pack of seeds, so they will do sometthing about it only once per customer, but i dont know about there policy on bad germination rates, unless they are aware of a problem with said seeds. but i never buy seeds on special offer end of line, you dont know how old they are.

Agreed. I noticed the bunk seeds I got this year were on sale too. No problems with a popular strain like Gelato.

i still find it odd that alien seeds would have problems due to anything but old age, there used by breeders to ctreate crosses wuith there genetix, i cant find a single entry on google search about them having germination problems, quite the opposite, they germ very fast acording to growers

a matchbox lined with sandpaper, give a shake and seeds suck up water quick. Sands outside of seed but doesnt penetrate. Takes the lacquer off. Coating that looks like shiney finish. Old seeds pop easier, imo. Ive bought many counterfeit seed packs. Seeds were crap.

Most likely bad storage by the supplier or issues with humidity or temps during the mailing process. First set of L.A.'s I ordered 1 year prior to my bad experience germinated totally fine.

true, you never know if a seller is up to date on how to store seeds, its more to do with the money with many.
i know of a seed seller who only buys direct from the seed makers and as a conciquence it takes longer for your seeds to come, but at least you know there fresh as

GOT 5 OUT OF 14 TO SPROUT!

I germinated the rest them on May 7th and this is how big they are today (2 weeks later)… SLOWEST GROWTH i have even seen/grown. I dont know if they are old or bad or what. Im thinking they are slow growers at first just to establish them selves and THEN they will show there true potential later on…

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR INPUT AND INFORMATION!!!!

You really think for a moment in 2021 seed sellers are not up to date on storage techs. This is not just someone trading cards / seeds with his bros?

I'd like to think at bare minimum this is what they would have covered.

Could be a malfunction with equipment or inconsistencies with temp or humidity in their refrigerators. Or the package could simply not be fully sealed, these guys sell so many strains- it would be easy to neglect a few kinds accidentally.
