Fact or fiction? Do more fingers on leaves = better smoke?

I have a couple of plants from a couple of different strains that have 11 fingers on the leaves. They are now growing in layers of fingers. I am eager if the next set has thirteen and I have one of those that has three branches per node instead of two.

these have around 90-100 more days before harvest are they going to continue to increase the number of fronds until harvest? Grown outdoors predominately organic. We have farm critters.

I don't think they will keep adding fronds. Mine usually they max out at 7 or 9, but I wouldn't be surprised if you got up to 13 or 15. I doubt it'll go higher than that, though.
