Well here's the situation, I had 2 plants off of my property and one was found. The other one is still there, It was public property, and quite well hidden. Well apparently today was the mowing day a,d everything back there that was hiding it got cut down. The second one is a little bit off of the mowing area, and is still there, untouched. The only real situations are: 1, the guy took it and turned it in. 2. he took it and smoked/is growing it. 3. it got turned in, and the second one is only there so they can find out who put the first one there.

Help me out guys!

I was planning on going out tonight, around midnight, using gloves, and cut down the plant, and shredding the pot.

Don't go back...not worth it. I had a friend who got caught like that...just let it be. I have heard that they setup motion cameras on them. I would only go back if you were smart enough in the beginning to only check your plants under darkness with your face covered. If that's the case I would get it when it's dark. If you didn't cover you face, never go back. My friend had a knock at the door a couple days after pulling his plants.

DAMN! well I know I wasn't ever seen when I did go, and the last time before today that I checked was a week ago. I can cover my face easily and go get it tonight, if need be. and if I don't go get it what will happen besides it dieing? the spot is within a quarter mile of my property, and closer to mine than anyone elses. Would it give them evidence for a search warrant if the plant was off my property, and they didn't get me tending to it?

the local jail inmates were sent to clear brush and ran over one of my plants found one and then travelled looking for others, two days later forestry came to check on the job they did and ran over the same plant i proped back up,it was very hairy syuation,i thought they might of put up a motion detector because i was stoped by the cop the next day leaveing the bush in my car,but being the nut job i am ive been back twice to water, but if i were you i would leave it.

WOW!!! Words spoken from someone with a genius mind.. LMAO. DAH!!! I read this whole thing, and that never dawned on me either. But then again, it would suck to be carrying this big plastic pot that you have, with some a big Pot plant swinging in the wind also..

I say RUN!!! STAY away.. #&%&^*$ it.... it is all good...

i've heard this story somewhere before.

why not just pick up the pot and move it?
If they have been watching the place then if I move it they'd know, and even worse they could get me on tape. The LEO has been going crazy on busting growers in TX so I'm being cautious. It will survive just fine for awhile till I am sure it's safe, so why chance it?

guys cmon - a wireless camera? lets think about that...

a) you are talking about a bigass battery for 12+ hours of continous footage,

b) that video has to be compressed and stored somewhere - many ways, but when you start talking about 12 hours of continuous footage, that is 5+ gigs required. So they either hide a laptop in the trees or transmit wirelessly at a pretty high bit rate...

c) so its pretty expensive, and your local drug czar is going to justify this expenditure to stop the grower of one plant?

Then the people factors, never mind the fact that every arrest has paperwork - contrary to belief, police are just as lazy as us all. If they are not going to get big props for a bust and they are not under quota, they are not going out of their way to make more paperwork for themselves.

Then there is the person whose life decisions have landed them a job as a pro lawn mower. This is not the person you have to worry about reporting you.

So go back, rescue your plant, and if anybody approaches, you could start tearing it up. Proclaim you are doing your part to "fight terrorism." If they ask what you were doing when they walked up, state that your were confirming the "suspect plant's identity" before destruction. ;)
