Eye protection

UV lights (and probably HPS lights too) are very bright and can physically damage your retinas, over time if not only acutely. What do you use for eye protection in your grow room? What's best?

sunglasses. definitly use some because when i wasnt i can tell my vision was getting blurrier and blurrier

yeah everytime i went into my box without glasses my eyes started hurting after a few mins and blurry when i was done... i started using glasses and its all good

Are there certain types that are better than others?
