Is the whole plant like this or just the bottoms? heat stress would be my best guess what is your temp/humidity? do you check ph too?

oh....is the whole plant like this or just the bottoms??? how much nutes did you give....could be nute stress from never being fed and then bam you hit them with a full dose?
Need to work them up to nutes....start at 1/4 dose and slowly work up.... hopefully it is just on bottoms...can you get a pic of the tops and the whole plant?

Since I do not know all about ur grow, lights u should have min.26w CFL's, better if 42w= 150w (6500k ) 4/5 for plant, a few inches away for Veg-ing.
maybe throw in a couple of of the same, but only warm 2700k, that'll perk it up! Also, u must ck PH!!! is roots getting enough Oxygen, good drainage..?
Tap water is very high PH, do u adjust the water, even though u let it set around..?

i have them under a 600W HPS so i doubt that light is an issue. i havent checked the PH but i will go buy a meter tommorow and see whats up. i had a gnat problem untill about a week ago and i got some FFOF bug-be-gon spray and so far havent seen any sign of bugs

to be honest looks like its just like it needs to be watered every 4-5 days instead of 7. Like lime said work it up to full str so it can fill out.

try backing off on the nutes.since this happened after its firsts feeding....and def get a ph tester...i would back the lights off a little bit...heat and light burn can be a major issue with hps if its too close

Definitely don't back off the nutrients, it needs more, and you can clearly tell since it's only been fed once. You either watered to much, or didn't water enough. The unknown pH might be contributing to the issue as well. and your plant shows no sign of heat stress.
