This is facts... i remember reading an article somewhere a while back about the myth that resin gets you high... actually its tar and its not getting you stoned its giving you carbon monoxide. Thats what I read anyways

Besides if I need to find a legitimate source that shows resin on rolling papers is simply tar, considering most the Thc combusts when you light it, its kind of common sense.
