Extra Meds

In WA You can only donate medicine and then receive a donation in return. There are places to get this in WA However you must first provide your doctors letter of reccommendation your ID and your doctors prescribed amount before they will deal with you. i've heard of these places, but why are they not against the law?
i thought the law was really simple for WA
your doctor must sign this one paper
and then if someone else is going to grow it for you (and it can only be one person and that person cant do it for more than you or themself) they have to sign this one paper

and selling it was illegal

Guys, guys, guys. In Cali, we can only exchange meds for a non-profit donation to cover expenses (plant purchase, nutes, utilities, your time, advertising, transportation, etx) involved in producing the such said meds. This is a business here in Cali but you have to be careful to follow strict prop 420 & sb 215 guidelines. Sure the cops are out to bust you & in time we all encounter them. The secret is to not get greedy because that causes you to do something illegal. I was only looking for another website like the ones I mentioned in my 1st post that's all. A debate has flared up & a few paranoid, uneducated individuals are poping off. Each state has its own mandates. If you are in this realm (the pot world), learn the laws, follow them & be ready for a knock on your door some day.

i don't think anyone is buying pot in cali anymore. i've been looking for a buyer for months now.
