Your lights are WAY too far away! they need to be much closer!
What kind of lights?
Get them close enough that you can feel the heat (just barely) on the back of your hand at plant-top level...
If floro's-- get them 3" away...

Are you keeping-up on the pH???

i need to ask you something.
i bought the seeds from a famous company in uk, took out the seeds from its original package and then they were sent to my country. could this change of package have a role in the stupid growth am getting.
i didn't change any thing or add anything to my method of growth, it's just that these seeds won't grow. they sprouted after 3 days and the as soon as the fourth leaves appear , the stop gaining in height and you can see the results after 3months.

Packaging has nothing to do with it-- is is either your pH is off, or the nutes aren't right or the light-- need to know as much as we can about what you are using...
