Your graph of the PAR chart is WAY distorted. I hope you and everyone else realizes that !
On the vertical axis there is NO number so it is meaningless. This is the graph used by the Chinese to entice you to buy LED's.
Where the graph drops in the middle in the green area is still 65% effective on the plant.
In short the graph was truncated for eye appeal
