Experienced auto but first time with photos

So I'm growing 2 photoperiods for first time, started seeds today. As title says, I'm experienced with autos, just not photos. I have always just put my germinated beans right in their final containers but I'm torn this time, part of me strongly feels that I should start them in solo cups this time and then transplant them to their final 7 gallon square fabric destinations when they outgrow the solo cups. However, the other part of me says that's a lot of firsts. First time growing photos. First time growing in 7 gallon pots vs 5 gallon. First time ever transplanting any type of plant. Idk. Figured I'd bring my predicament to the experts and hopefully get it solved.

Just expect a bigger plant, and probably a larger stretch when you flip to a 12/12 light schedule. (Given the plant is cared for properly)
Multiple transplants & using mycorrhizae to promote root growth can be beneficial with either breed if you ask me.

There is no problem starting in final containers. Watering is easier with an appropriate sized pot, but if you are used to it why not.
Transplanting isnt difficult.
I just fill the new pot with soil with the old pot in it, pack it down, and remove the pot. Then just slide the plant out of the original pot and place in the mold you made in the new one.

Also, I grow in coco/perlite mix (tupur by royal gold). How is the feeding scedule and nute strength going to be different than what I am used to with growing autos? Obviously the life span and growth rates of a photo compared to an auto is going to change how and when I start nutes and how much and how often I'm going to increase. Like I said I can use all the advice I can get lol.

I've grown autos and photos together and they were all fed the same.......I start feeding with nutes at sprout.
I recommend starting in solo cups and transplanting.........7 gallon is overkill with coco.........3 gallon is adequate for growing a tree in coco.

Thanks, that's really helpful. The only reason I went up to 7 is bc I've grown all my autos in 5 gallon smart pots and they've just about filled up the container each time. I just figured with a photo it would need a bit more space so I ordered the 7 gallons this time.
