Experience with Basement Lighting Hydroponics online store?

I've made an order with Basement Lighting Hydroponics two weeks ago and they haven't answered any of my two emails regarding my purchase.

Have anyone had any past experience with this shop?

Are they trustworthy?

i hope so i just ordered a 300w cfl from them

recieved my 300W dual spectrum CFL recently, great service for me, fingers crossed for you too... bloody hell that bulb is a beast... much bigger than i expected..

Made a call to them today and finally got contact.

The man on the phone did not know what had happened or if the package had been shipped, but promised to find out and let me know before the end of the day.

He suggested maybe my spam filter had caught their e-mails, but I had no problem receiving the order conformation from them.


We'll see what happens.

Yup uused them twice for lights and reflective shit. Good service thumbs up.

Finally got an explanation.

Turns out my visa card didn't work because of the four first numbers on the card and the money never went from my account.

We found an alternative way to pay trough paypal.

I will order again once I've seen my card statement and confirm that no money was withdrawn.
