Expense vs profit

If calculating investment vs outcome, which would be the sweet spot for veg time? We know more veg is more yield for the most part or atleast until a certain point, but also more veg is more electricity more nutes etc. so at what point would you say the cost of operation start creeping up on the yield in veg time?

A bit over 500k in roi should be a few harvest. But the cost of electric is another thing. I have it set for each room to harvest every two weeks to close the gap quicker. I still veg out long enough to get the plants cleaned up and about 3 foot tall before flipping. then there’s reinvestment back into he grow so that I don’t fall behind the curve.

If plant counts aren't an issue? Short veg SOG , rinse and repeat
I think there's a trade off though in terms of labour, logistics, and number of clones required. SOG was popular for awhile, but today most commercial LPs take a "middle approach" and don't employ the SOG method. They obviously don't grow trees either, since there's a cut-off point that happens to be very specific to the pheno/strain you're producing between time/yield/labour. I got to see the Smith Falls facility (I was there for IPSC, and after the match I decided to make a side trip). It's a literal factory. lol

Probably right, was just a general opinion. You will have to pay for some grow op consultation for a proper breakdown.....

Good luck on your venture
