Lol yes wet towels are mehhhh but it does the job in a pinch. After a saw how that worked I pulled out the humidifier. But I also live in Seattle Soo humidity really isn't a problem till night time

Im Aussie if I leave wet towels around I'd have a lot of bugs around some so big they could scare the herpes of my penis lol
