Would this suffice a 2.9ft x 2.3 x 3.9 ft grow space with leds, passive intake.

Probably the best deal you'll get for that space. It should work, depending on how well made the filter is

i bought one of those Fan motors when I first build my grow box, and it worked, but what I didnt like was the noise level, even on low, it was too loud for stealth,,, so if you want quiet, this wont work, this motor does not allow for an external speed controller,,
