Hello my plants are in 3rd week of flower and i wanted to add CO2 so i turned my exhaust fan off i wanted to turn it back on in like 15-20 minutes but i forgot and it was between 2-3 hours circulation fan was on though . Plants are looking like nothing happened but it was hot and damp in there as i opened so i have fear of mold or heat damage should i worry ?

A few hours isn't going to cause any issues

Unless you have a sealed environment and a controller to automate CO2 and control the ventilation, it's pointless to be tinkering with CO2
