If your talking about the state ID thing, I'd advise against it. It doesn't give you extra legal protection. While registering with the state hasn't been used against the people of California YET, it could be in the future, you never know.

This is what some people just don't get.
I don't know which sentence I said that in but the OP had an issue with cops kicking his door in and ripping his shit. Somehow they figured out he had more than six plants. Possibly that is where I came up with the idea. WTF? All I'm saying is that laws that protect us are great and all but sometimes laws are'nt followed by leo. They have a tendency to wear capes and think they are appointed to save the world from scourges. If you happen to fall under that title then you are in danger. Treat any grow op as if it is illegal and you will be better off. That's my point.
