Joe: Everybody saw Trump's 2024 coming from miles away

In a Sunday interview, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer called the Manhattan DA's probe a political stunt, stating his belief the DA is conducting a probe because Donald Trump is running for president. Yet past reports indicate Trump focused on retaking the White House to save himself legally.

From fox... Fake polls as far as Donald is concerned! 11% of democrats want him back for another 4 WTF?

Six in 10 Americans don't want Trump to be president again: 2024 poll
The poll found 39% of Americans have a favorable opinion of Trump

The majority of Americans do not want former President Donald Trump to be elected in 2024, while voters remain split on whether he participated in any illegal activity regarding his hush money scandal.

A new NPR/Marist poll found that only 38% of national adults want Trump to be president again, while the majority of 61% do not want the Republican to serve another term in office.

According to the survey, 76% of Republicans, 34% of independents and 11% of Democrats want Trump to serve another four years in the White House.

On the flip side, 89% of Democrats, a whopping 64% of independents, and 21% of Republicans do not want Trump to return to the White House next cycle.

About 39% of Americans have a favorable opinion of Trump, down 3 percentage points from a November poll that found his favorable opinion at 42%, but up from 38% in the summer.

KARL ROVE PREDICTS THE IMPACT A TRUMP INDICTMENT WOULD HAVE ON 2024 RACE

As Trump makes another bid for the White House, 81% of Republicans and 37% of independents have a favorable opinion of the former president.

Trump is currently under investigation by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for reportedly reimbursing his then-attorney for hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels. After a years-long investigation, Trump claimed on March 18 that he would be arrested within days

When asked about the criminal probe, 46% said they think Trump has done something illegal. About 29% of Americans believe it was unethical, but not illegal, while 23% don't think he did anything wrong.

About 56% of Americans say the investigation is fair, while 41% consider it a "witch hunt" as he makes another run for office.

"Amid multiple allegations of wrongdoing against former President Trump, what's striking is that, although Republicans still largely back him, White evangelical Christians are not as strongly behind him," Lee M. Miringoff, director of the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion, said alongside the poll results. "There is a consensus among Republicans that, although everything may not have been above board, Trump has done nothing illegal."

The survey was conducted from March 20 to 23 with a margin of error of 3.5 percentage points.

From the trenches in the war on Americans

I'm quite surprised it's even been brought to the light...That's the way shit has been here for as long as i can remember.
Sevier county schools (we're next door neighbors to Knox county) didn't even have any black students when i was a kid.
Every government official, from the dog catcher to the governor, should all be forced to take that training, probably multiple times, so at least a little of it has a chance to sink in.

yeah...i find that 11% suspicious, myself...i can't imagine even 1% of democrats wanting trump to be in office again, or anywhere outside of a jail cell.

It was a PBS poll, if it was from fox I wouldn't have posted it, I guess there are insane or senile democrats too, just not nearly as many as republicans!
Donald's support will erode considerably upon his first conviction and more upon his second. His aura of invincibility was one of his biggest attractions for his fans, bust that bubble and reality will rush in for many and it won't be a pretty sight!

By the time the GOP primary rolls around Donald should be in prison or well on his way and there could be a lot more republicans in legal trouble by then too. He has a hardcore base though and even if he ran a bull moose from a cell, he would still get enough of the GOP base to screw the republican candidate.

I'd like to say it's nice to see that some republicans aren't total fuckbags...But they are. The only reason they give a damn what trump does is how it reflects on them, and not because it damages the country and it's people.

trump looks like shit...Tired, confused, that suit looks like he borrowed it from the talking heads...
Just a sad, pathetic old man who used to be a force for evil...Now he's just a bitter worn out husk, not even suitable for pity, as he brought every bit of it on himself.

His only value is in destroying and dividing the republican party going into 24 and I hope he is running around lose freaking out in a panic to do it. What happens if he is indicted or even jailed, and he loses the nomination, or better yet wins it! Then he is convicted of insurrection before the election and disqualified? Jerking the rug out from under the GOP or him at the right time would be very bad for them. Yer best hope is Trump turning on the republicans. He will soon be indicted in NY based reports and considering the threats he's been making, the judge might jail him at Rikers pending trial, it would be perfectly legal to deny him bail considering what he has said and done. I hope not, he will more effectively harm the GOP running around loose. They won't be able to get their shit together or put lipstick on the pig for as long as Donald is around, and once in a cell he won't be around!
