If i was a parent living in florida, i would get the fuck out so fast we'd be arranging furniture in our new house before our heads stopped spinning.

I'm a fan of libraries, but how relevant are they in today's online world where every kid has a cellphone, computer and the world at their finger tips? You might as well try to piss against a stiff breeze than try and stem the tide of history, there is plenty of excellent educational content on YouTube, made by and for teachers in 10 or 15 minute videos that cover a lesson. Plus there are plenty of other sources of quality educational resources. Burning and banning books that kids can get for free on their phones is a very stupid idea and preforming for bigots. Try banning porn on Google FFS, typing XXX and going to videos will give you every perversion known to man. The battle over this shit will go like the battle against porn, it was lost, thanks to technology.

I am unaware of free online libraries. Most titles are still owned by entities that require paid subscriptions.
