My buddy ordered a nice Ehle bong from them a looooong time ago. But ive heard they sold the company or switched owners or something and they suck now. Ive seen a few threads about people not getting their stuff for a long time. Not 100% on this though

Yea my whole experience has been dog Shit...first the website said something was available when it wasn't so I changed my order and they didn't ship it I've opened trouble tickets and all I get are auto responses...they did however take the money out of my account blindingly fast. So they have that part down...never again

yeah thats bullshit. they take advantage of the people still thinking its a great site, and apparently just take everyones money

Hi Guys

I dont know what you ordered but I would like to find out more about any problems you ahve been having, please can you give me the numbers of the tickets that you raised as we do not or should not auto respond to tickets, you will always get a customer service representative emailing you direct.

I also would say that whilst we may have had some issues in the past we have turned that ship around I know for a fact with seeds we now have a huge stock of seeds that are alsways going out on same day.

He did contact me and if it gets fixed then great...I went to their site when I was first looking for beans...I like the site and stuff they had so like I said above I figured id do a "dry run" to check it out

everyonedoesit is NOT a RIP OFF site
but they do mess you about a lot, which is just as bad in my book
they pretend to have strains in stock on their website, many of these strains are not in stock, they wait until they get enough orders in then they buy the seeds
orders can be several weeks late while you wait on "backorder"

i used this site alot starting from many years ago before attitude existed

now that attitude is available , everyonedoesit is pointless imo, they offer a low standard of service

using attitude is a much more reliable service

I agree its just as bad...but we will see I will update later if anyone is interested in how it turns out

Never had an issue with them, ordered plenty of times. Always good service and always a couple of welcome freebies thrown in :)

I really wanted this to be a good experience...but there is nothing worse to me than contacting a company and not getting any responses...who knows what would be happening with it right now if I hadn't started this thread...

This is a little off topic but it has to do with EDIT. I had ordered there previously without issue, but my wife tried to order something the other day as a gift for me and they want a copy of my credit card and ID & utility bill saying they do that now for all new customers. Has anyone experienced this with them?

They called us on the phone and sent an email. I'll enclose a copy of the email here.....

I contacted you by phone regarding your Order #xxxxxxxx which you placed with us today. As this is your first order with us, we usually have security checks which we have to follow before we can fully process orders and ship them out.

If you could quickly:

· scan or photograph a copy of your photo ID, we accept Drivers License or Passport
· plus a scan of the front of the card you have used. This is to ensure you are the valid cardholder and have access to the card you have used, this helps us combat fraud.
· Scan or photocopy of a utility bill, with the billing address you have registered your credit card to.

I can assure you that we do not hold a record of these documents, it’s just for the initial ID checks to be completed and to verify Bank Identification numbers. I don’t need all the details of the credit card, as we don’t have access to all the numbers, so you could blank out information if you prefer, as I only need the 1[SUP]st[/SUP] 6 numbers and the last 4 on the front of the card.

Unfortunately, we do suffer an awful lot of credit card fraud attempts, so we have to be quite cautious as it is very damaging to us.

You won’t have to do this again in the future. I am sorry we have to ask you to go through this but once I have received your ID check, this order will be posted and we will include a free gift in the parcel for the hassle.

I'd say it was a big scam. No company would EVER ask you to email them a photocopy of your passport.
They already charged my card IIRC, but are refusing to ship until I provide the stuff. They should be able to see that shipping address matches up with the billing address on the card.

EDIT: checked bank, they have not charged me yet. Also when they called & talked to my wife on the phone they said they only had access to certain numbers on the CC and wanted the ones they didn't have?
