2 weeks to 14 days I’d say. And definitely 100% exactly 1LB. But it’s so hard to tell. Maybe closer to 16oz.

A magnifier of sum sort would help alot. Just to see if your trichs are cloudy or amber.

Very nice looking crop out of curiosity is this 4x4? And what kind of lighting are using ... and no it looks more like it’s going to be exactly 448grams not 1lb .
