Every play Johnny Appleseed with pot seeds?

I’m just wondering if anyone for the hell of it has scattered seeds in random spots in public and they actually grew? I mean funny shit like in front of a building or something? I got a ton of seeds I’m thinking of just randomly casting all over for the hell of it.

There way a 3-4 footer growing in the horse pastures of a famous brewery a couple years ago. Sat along side a busy road. Best we could all figure it probably came from somebody tossing the seeds out the window.

In my youth my friends and I walked some private property and planted several oz of seeds (likely all Mexican and way long flowered for our locale). I figured it'd become a self sustaining farm, nothing came of it.

LOL we did the same. Never seen anything grow. I’m wondering if a person picked the right time of year and just tossed them in areas where it should be easy to grow if they would
