This seedling has all this spotting...wtf?

how close are your lights?
whats the pH of your soil?
are there any nutrients in your soil?

what's going on?

That looks like nute burn.

PH is 6.8

CFL's are 4" away. There is a 'tiny' bit of horse manure in the mix, maybe 10% by volume.

All the other seedlings look fine, this is the only one with these spots.
