Ever meet anyone allergic to weed?

ya i knew this one guy from school that was allegic to weed i think jsut the smoke tho. it would cause his throat to swell and he'd have to go to the hospital. craziness eh?

please cite your sources... i am calling BS on this one; my aunt is legitimately allergic to cannabis... if you have smoked that day at all, and get around her, she will get a migraine headache.

i wish i was allergic, i would get alot more shit done.

I have often wondered myself... When close to harvesting I may brush up against the resin and feel a slight burning sensation on my arm or hand. I also have bad psoriasis so it may be linked...
Never have anything from before from dry erb though... Also IT does irritate my sinuses to the point of triggering a headache sometimes. I have been working on alternative consumption methods. I just love to smoke it though ahahhaha Ill never quit.

Whether you do it all or do nothing it all it doesnt matter. The inherent balance is there with or without you. For there is too many infinite variables and circumstances that prevent YOU from ever controlling anything. So fuck it, be lazy, do just enough to get by, thats what I say. Dont invest any level of self into this bullshit system.

haha, well if you have that attitude your the biggest variable holding yourself back. ive already invested about $40,000(debt) into the system; but my motivation was to go to school and make badass money so i could buy badass weed and good whiskey and do cool shit while i get fucked up, instead of be lazy and get fucked up doing nothing... although that is the fail-safe backup plan.

But fuck it, i can dig your philosophy, nothing really means shit cause nobody can do shit about anything. The sun will probably explode tomorrow and fucking evaporate us all, you know ill be high enjoying the show.

I met a guy that said he was allergic to it. I'm not sure what he said exactly because this was a while ago but he said that his somethin glands would swell up.

knowing and fearing without cause(paranoia) are 2 different things my friend.

nearly every reply is just saying they've got a friend or a relative that had a bad trip..

throwing up from smoking is not an allergy...

as to the rest of them, well...

miond if i tell a true story? o.k. i was about 15 at the time and working in nottingham greyhound stadium with a mate just clearing glasses etc, anyway a guy we worked with had just come back from zimbabwe with some landrace sativa. anyway that night after work had a smoke and went home to bed thinking wow that was some kick ass weed. the next day i didnt go to school as i was about to fly to majorca with my family (yeah i know i shouldn't be smoking so young but im 30 now before i get all the messages asking my age) about 1.0'clock my mate rang me. steve i ve just been expelled from school with martin and russ and eddies in hospital. heres what happened. they were all at school and on the lunch break my mate rolled a fattie they all had a smoke and then went to science lesson. about halfway through eddie collapses and and goes into a ganja induced coma. to cut a long story short 3 mates were expelled and eddie was nearly the FIRST ever cannabis death! thank fuck i wasn't at school because like my teacher said he was one hundred percent sure i would have been there! i was lucky that day. eddie was fine after a couple of days and my mates got reinstated to the school because his mum knew the governers. we didnt see too much of eddie after that. lol

sorry if i don' believe the bit about a coma just find it kinda hard to believe weed put someone in a medical coma., the very fact you say he nearly died kinda gives me that impression

i know plenty of people that have had spaz outs, my bro was round for our 21st as he's cheap like that, drink my beer and such. he takes some tokes. sits down saying he's suddenly feeling weird, litterally freezes up and rocks backwards off the chair smack onto the ground and twitched a bit, then remmbered nothing, fucked up, but it's still just a bad kinda trip, nowt much more..

i also remember when i was inexperienced at smoking, i went out with some frieends, they rollwed well, too well, and i found myself lying in the backseat of their car the entire evening, unable to move a muscle, but 100% ocnciously aware of voices etc, again, not an alergic reaction

Everyone said they have a friend or knew somone who was allerigic, because if they themselves were allergic they probably would have nothing to do with a marajuana based forum/website. right? a friend is the closest thing youll find on this website.

missing the point, whether it's them or a friend, doesn't matter.

point of the post was that regardless who the story is involving, they're mostly talking about nothing more than a bad trip.
