Ever had this issue?

So I was smoking a few blunts yesterday with my sister and her bf, when I hit it, I coughed pretty hard, which is normal for me, but then no matter what I did, i couldnt catch my breath. I ended up having to put my hands on top of my head just to be able to inhale a deep breath. Kinda freaked me out

It sounds like hyperventilation ... they use the paper lunch bag trick to bring it back in. cn

yeah.....it sucks. but stay calm, and just take control of it.

I hate smoking blunts Id rather taste the flavors of the weed Im smoking not tobacco pus they are harsh.

Sounds like the not being able to breathe thing was in your head

on another note you should try the suffocating feeling of taking a huge dab of hash oil and then coughing your ass off.. in that case it's definitely the hash oil.

Maybe look into a strain that agrees with you, personally afganicas work for me. Sativas are nice but give me running thoughts.

Idk I never had this problem before, but I kept gasping for air and nothing helped, then my sister made me do what she does when she gets an asthma attack and cant breathe.
