Ever feel like you are running out of time?

Like I dont even remember last year and the summer went by so fast for some reason...well, I can think of one reason.

But like if the average life expectancy is around 75, that only gives me until like 2050-2060 and that doesn't seem that far away.

Maybe, time slows down the older you get?

Time does appear to speed up as you get older, your brain as it experiences life, and routine settles in we don't make new memories about the things we see everyday. Hence the perception of sped up time.

Good point. So, the key to living longer is making new everyday experiences?

You were dead from the moment of your birth. Dying one second at a time, knowing that the time is coming and you can never know when.
I try not to think about it.

Time defiantly goes quicker the older you get, I look at my kids and can't believe they are all grown up and having kids of their own and I struggle to remember where the time as gone its quite scary

Yep it goes quicker as you get older. Heard someone say its because when your 5 a year is 1/5 of your life where as when your 60 a year is 1/60 of your life.
