the national institute of health got about 6 million for their bullshit research projects and feelgood programs that do NOTHING for the economy, unless you consider a clean scrotum in africa to be a capital improvement.

$800,000 was sent to afrca to teach africans how to was their genitals. unless those balls were "dirtied" by a crust of gold and diamonds, thats wasted money right there.

if they gave me $800,000 i could have bought a farm, hired a couple hands, and we would have been bringing in crops now. but nawww thats not what obama and friends wants. they want clean nutz in uganda.

don't know who said it earlier that a private sector fix won't work but I'd like to address it.

For companies providing medical services they need a certificate of need. If I wanted to open a home health agency to compete with one here I would have to submit a nonrefundable 1200 fee and application to see if the government thinks there is a need in the area I want to open. Why?

while private sector fixes would be a nightmare with these types of idiotic regulations so I agree in a sense with that statement. The answer doesn't lie in the private sector buying off politicians, that's what this bill was, the answer is in the free market being allowed to work as it is in cosmetic surgeries and lasik surgery (somewhat, they still require certificates of need, then regulate the shit out of them).

I've heard Single Payer or Universal Health Care is being relabeled Medicare for All -I think it's a good idea, anyone else remember the Town Hall Meetings and Tea Baggers yelling Keep you Gov Hands Off My Medicare? :clap:

once a program is established, and the persons who benefit are properly indoctrinated to be dependent on a particular program, any attempt to scale back that program will naturally result in resistance from the beneficiaries. calling them teabaggers is pointless and deceptive. they are very much like the dimwits who thought obama would pay their rent, fill their gas tank, and buy their food for them, all from the money he keeps in "his stash"
