Euros and Pounds

Call me an idiot because I SHOULD know this already.

But some seed banks advertise with prices in Euros and other in British Pounds (correct me if thats not the correct term).

I thought when the Euro was launched....that all the European countries changed their currency to the Euro. Wrong?

If not....is the Euro worth less than the BP?
 
Yea every country in europe use euro,s except the uk

i like the pound far better its worth more than that monoply money lol
 
yip thats it m8 , there was never a big thing made of it probily why u dont know
i dont think the countrys had to change if they choose not to just most wanted to becouse there value of there money was low and england choose not to becouse the value of the pounds so high and a bit of pride to i think over it
 
UK is only country decided not to switch to euros

American Dollar - 1.00
Euro Dollar -1.40 (around here)
British Pound Dollar - 2.00 (around here)

Have you seen the new £20 Note?

I got told it was fake by 3 different stores when it first came out. Was not a happy chap!!
