European grows at lat 53N

Eveing all.
New enough to the fourm, been reading on here for a while.
As the title says, I'm in Europe at lat 53N.
I'm a back garden grower, in pots.
Nothing exciting, just your standard small time hobby grower
I run a mix of photoperiods and autos, mainly photoperiods, indica or heavily indica based.
That's it really
Hoping to read up on fellow European growers adventures

american grower here. I know you might think its all different over there but latitude is latitude, and all it really pertains to is flowering light cycles outdoors
other than that~~ there are several other factors to consider when doing outside stuff the people from near you could definitely chime in. latitude is just a small part of it but also proximity to the coast (for me) is a big deal. We deal with crazy humidity swings when others of the same latitude do not, so.

in my opinion it is good to consider latitude, but also all the other factors based on your seasons of where you actually are. There are different seasonal changes based on where you are, as well as pests.

example-- 53N latitude desert climate vs coastal vs mountains

Must be fairly dry to run photoperiods if they start to flower in September?

In Scotland here and the humidity is the biggest threat to any harvest. I’ve had best luck with purple strains for mold resistance
