Estimate my yeild please!

150 watt hps + 2 19watt flourescents
Soild grow
Miracle grow rose bloom food and started adding molasses recently
There are the two main plants that are 4 weeks into budding and the 3rd smaller plant was moved in about a week ago ish but shes preflowering like a champ
All are sour diesel bagseeds. Got lucky with 3/3 females
How much do you think I could pull?
The picture with the growbox from the front side, that plant in the middle bottom is the outdooor one.

Dangg really? I cant beleive its that easy haha.
One more question.
When you trim the leaves off.. Do you just trim up to the buds? Or do you try to get all the way in and clip the entire leaf off

Vegged for just about two months.
The single plant pics below were right before the switch and the other pic is like 4ish days into flowering. Can you beleive that tall lanky plant changed so much after a little light change and some lst?!
The outdoor pic is of the plant not long before I moved it inside straight to 12/12.
Very hardy and strong strain.

About 2- 3 oz. Next time do the same thing but with a 400-600hps and more sog plants. They look good.

Theres so many pistils but like I cant see any buds yet
