Some kind of YoYo light hanger cords

Vortex 449 cfm In-Line centrifugal fan (Plan on installing this outside of cabinet inside of another box. Box will also include muffler, be constructed of 3/4 plywood x2 layers with a layer of 1/2" soundproofing board between them and all free space filled with blow in insulation)

12x6" Phat Filter (The consensus seems to be suck through this and not blow out of this so I guess that's what I'll do)

6" Duct Muffler

NuTone Ultra Silent110 CFM Bath Fan (Plan on installing this in the ceiling of an air conditioned room a couple of feet from cabinet and then exhausting it straight through the cool tube and out the other side of cab. Will that be enough air for the tube?)

Infinite Breeze Wall fan (This thing is larger than I thought it would be but I have it now so I'll have to use it)
http://www.quantumhort.com/infinite-breeze-wallmount-fans.html

In addition to those items, I also got some 6" insulated flex duct, some 6" PVC pipe, filters for inlets, insulation and sound proofing boards, Foam weatherstripping, 2 timers, a fan speedster, 2 hygrometers, power strips, Foxfarm Ocean Forest, Light Warrior and nutes, some Tangerine Dream and White Widow seeds and some pots etc...

So... what have I forgotten? Do these items look like they'll work for that size closet? I originally was going to build 2 closets (1 for Veg and 1 for Flower) but now I think I'm just going to stick with 1 and do everything in there start to finish. I "may" stick that T5 is a seperate little area just for seedlings..

Just have to finish designing the cabinet and start building. I'll be glad when I get the AC working in the room. The room that the closet will be installed in is averaging about 58% humidity and it doesn't have wet soil and plants in it.. How do people grow in their garages like that?

Thanks for any advice you have to offer.... First grow and all....

To be more specific on the seeds. Don't know much about the freebies that got thrown in so if you see any of them that you recogniz that are decent, let me know and I'll try and germ some of them for my first go.. I definitely want to try the Widow and Dream even though they may not be well suited for a first timer...

Tangerine Dream Fem (5)
White Widow (10)
Legend Collection Yumbolt 47 Fem (3)
Grapefruit Fem(1)
Purple Maroc Fem (1)
X-Line Fast Nevilles Fem (1)

Looks good but im not sure on why you need that bathroom fan?? Your 500 cfm will do everything all in one.......are you planning on exhausting outside??

I keep reading people saying that it does me no good to pull the air that's in the closet through the tube and then out. I guess I could somehow put a Y on the big fan and pull from both. Put a duct straight out into the room on the tube so that it's pulling fresh air through on one side and then pull through the filter on the other side. Would that work? My only question would be how to adjust it so that it evnenly pulls since the filter side will have more resistance than the air coming through the cool tube. I'm defintely open to not using the bath fan, just not sure how I would do it and I can't buy anything else.. I've spent enough already. lol

Edit: Oh, I'll be venting into some dead space behind the wall.

Wel i dont know whos telling you this but you can just pull air into your filter then pass through your cool tube then into your fan and then exhausted outside.....This will create negative pressure at your intake hole allowing you to run with out a intake fan...... The order will go like this: Air passivly brought into the room then > filter>ducting>coolutbe>ducting>fan>ducting>outside........

Understand?? This way you are doing 3 things at once your creating passive intake, your cooling light, and your scrubing air all with one fan..........This is what i would do if i where you .....its the cheapest easyest way to air cool and intake air all at once.........

Remeber all this coming togeather and workin right all depends on the ambient temps around the grow box.....If your ambient temps are high then it wont matter your screwed without an A/C keep that in mind bro

Thanks a lot man. That will definitely make things easier to put together. The ambient air will be coming from an air conditioned room so that should be good. Without that being air conditioned I'd be completely dead, not only from the heat but also the humidity. Going to try and also build a smaller box just to start and veg in. I figure I'll use the little T5 light for that. I want to veg 4 feminized and 2 that aren't in hopes of getting 4 into flower. Should be more than enough light I figure.

Thanks again! If I ever finish the building of the cab and get something planted, I'll start a journal. Killing myself trying to come up with best way to stealth a cabinet this big. 4x4 didn't sound that big to me till I started trying to figure out how to make it blend into a room. LOL

I think I may have just read something that I knew but haven't been thinking about. My closet will only be 96 Sq. feet. That 449 cfm fan will be exchanging the air too often and will be sucking too fast for my filter which is only rated for 275 cfm. If I exchange the air twice a minute. I guess I'll just turn the fan down to a little less than half using the speedster and try to hit the 192 mark. Should make the fan much quitter as well....

Good call......Yes just turn the fan down it will help alot with noise..........One of my grows is in an aprtment and i use a 500+ cfm fan with a 1000w light in a 4x4 tent....I use a 4ft duct silencer to help with the noise......

I actually just set up a grow box with one exhaust fan, the fan is pretty wild its a CPU blower I jimmy'd up to work w the set up. I have 3x5 rectangle holes slots w vent covers on them in between the two rooms of the grow box. It pulls A LOT of air into the box through the no-fan intake hole and exhausts it out the window.

I dont have anything in this set up yet so I cant tell you that it worked 100%. What I can tell you is that im sitting next to a 4'x4' entertainment center with a blower running and i dont feel anything but cool air coming into my room.
