EOI - LED manufacturer looking for an electronics specialist or electrical engineer

My business associate and I are looking to hire an electronics expert or electrical engineer that knows their way around LEDs, power sources and controllers to join our start up company in Australia.
We will be operating out of a warehouse in southern Australia and are looking for someone to start in the next few weeks. We have the equipment to pick and pack LED lights and are looking into controllers at the moment.

Hmmm, that sounds like an interesting project, did you already find an electrical engineer who is good enough for this job? I know some guys having a similar project in the area, and they have already invested more than 300k! They keep on saying that it is something revolutionary and that we are all going to use their services soon . One of them said that it would be some kind of the best electricians services online, without any kind of physical contact. Honestly, I consider it kind or unrealistic.
