Enough light?

Hi guys,
I was wandering around the forums and I was wondering, will 4x26W CFLs be enough to grow two plants? I'm going to LST, and also, i'm going to keep the plants pretty small (1gal pot till the end)
click on the link on my signature for details on lights!
Keep those lights strategically placed to cover your small plants and they will grow.
But i still would recommend at least 100w a plant for ample nugs.
