Enough light for 1 plant?

I have a 4foot florescent 4 bulber and started with 4 t12 40watt 4100k temp spectrum lights for veg. And switched the bulbs to 4 t12 40w 3000ks for flowering
Its the best i could find in my area.....no place to get t5's or hps. Plus i dont wanna pay the extra cash for hps anyways. So do you guys think this is enough light for 1 plant.....the fixture is set up vertically next to the plant basically with it touching the bulbs btw if that makes a diff.

I would if i could find some......i check walmart and lowes and didnt see any....i want cfls.....but do you think what i have is enough for 1 plant to do decent....light wise that is.

Well don't stop now, add more light when you can as soon as you can. Look at a hardware store, check out a different store, take a drive if you have to. Grow it and learn, you can grow one under that. Have you taken odor into consideration yet?

Ahh...well i never really considered ordering online bc of cost but hey if it will help me out then i just might......
Odor really isnt a concern for me. I was thinking about doing a dwc 5 gallon single plant for my next grow. But i havent found any good nutes for it....what i have now is a 15-30-15 and just hoping to keep the ph controlled in the dwc and dilute the nutes to like 1/4......thats what im doing now with the soil grow grow anyway and its doing just fine.....just wondering if its bc of my light that there all popcorn...its a sav about 6 weeks in without much to show.

Oh yeah and nah im not really into outdoor. Im probally just going to order some ww and a purple strain and just grow those....does anyone have any info on the best ww strain and the best purple strian (that will actually show purple without going through diff phenotypes) through attitude seeds.....bc i wanted to get g13 labs ww.....and dutch passions twilight.....or maybe the grand daddy purp and the ww x bigbud....any suggestions on that anyone?
